Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure operational issues are identified, resolved, and escalated where necessary.
  • Establish effective communication channels that encourage employees to report operational challenges without fear of retaliation.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, engagement, discipline, and workplace culture while recommending solutions to operational or personnel challenges.
  • Mentor and support senior staff while ensuring employees effectively carry out their assigned responsibilities.
  • Review, verify, and approve payroll submissions based on accurate operational performance and workforce records.
  • Manage multiple business outlets remotely through operational reports, performance data, regular check-ins, and visual monitoring tools.
  • Ensure all business locations consistently comply with operational standards and company procedures.
  • Review and approve operational requisitions to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the implementation of company strategies.
  • Perform additional operational responsibilities assigned by the Group Managing Director.
Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant academic and professional qualifications.
  • Between 38 and 45 years of age.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven experience managing business operations across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to monitor operational performance, payroll processes, and organizational compliance.
