Job Description
A leading organization within the fashion, retail, manufacturing, and consulting space is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, aligning business processes with corporate objectives, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve operational outcomes
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 7–8 years experience as a Chief Operating Officer or Business Manager
- Industry experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or consulting firms such as KPMG
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and scale business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
