Job Description

A reputable organization in the real estate sector is seeking to hire an experienced Chief Operating Officer to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across core business functions. This role is suited for a senior operations leader with strong real estate operations experience, financial acumen, and a track record of building high-performing teams to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership and translate corporate strategy into executable plans across departments
  • Oversee property management, development, acquisitions, and finance to ensure operational excellence and profitability
  • Drive process optimization, performance management, and efficiency across all business units
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to set strategic priorities and monitor business performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Establish KPIs, operational dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track growth and outcomes

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • 8 – 12 years of relevant work experience, with strong exposure to real estate operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills

Salary

  • N900,000 – N1,000,000 per month
