A reputable and fast-growing diversified business group is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead operational excellence across its business units. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure effective execution of group strategy.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous performance optimization.
• Set departmental KPIs and enforce accountability across business units.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and management reporting systems.
• Identify operational risks and lead process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in operations, general management, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity such as COO, General Manager, or Operations Director.
• Strong leadership, execution, and financial performance management capabilities.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and multi-location teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in fast-growing or diversified business environments is an advantage.
