A dynamic company based in Abuja is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology strategy and operations. This is a senior executive role ideal for a highly skilled tech leader with a strong background in software development, infrastructure, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the engineering and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are robust and up to date.
  • Drive the integration of blockchain and cloud-based technologies to enhance service offerings.
  • Monitor technology trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 3–5 years as a CTO.
  • Deep expertise in software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, blockchain, and cloud computing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven record of building and scaling tech teams.
