Job Description

Filmhouse Cinemas Limited is seeking an experienced Cinema Marketing Lead to drive footfall, strengthen brand visibility, and execute high-impact marketing strategies across multiple channels. This senior-level role will lead cinema marketing initiatives, partnerships, campaigns, and in-cinema promotions to support business growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing strategy and communications to increase footfall, covering digital, advertising, communications, and creative channels while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage the annual budget for the cinema marketing function and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.
  • Develop tailored media strategies for promotional events from planning through execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and manage PR strategy for cinema locations.
  • Manage in-cinema marketing across all locations, including localized marketing strategies and creative assets.
  • Support strategy development and execution for the promotion of retail items at cinema locations.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with local businesses, sponsors, and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand messaging remains strong and consistent across all marketing channels, campaigns, and events.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, define customer personas, and generate insights to improve brand positioning and sentiment.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Support the planning and execution of events such as premieres, exhibitor showcases, and film exhibitions.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, reporting progress and revenue growth to the management team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • CIM certification.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and control budgets effectively.
  • Strong prioritization and task management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
