Job Description

UnoCasa Limited is seeking a Civil / Electrical Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom-related civil works. The role focuses on contractor supervision, project documentation, HSE compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of civil contractors on telecom projects.
• Review contractor schedules, track milestones, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Validate contractor reports and escalate delays or non-compliance issues.
• Review and draft technical documents, drawings, and BOQs.
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures across all project activities.
• Participate in internal project review meetings and maintain up-to-date project dashboards.
• Prepare progress reports, contractor evaluation summaries, and HSE compliance records.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to support project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and version control for all civil works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or telecom project environments.
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle, milestone planning, and HSE best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
