Job Responsibilities

• Develop and review civil and structural designs, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare project plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation schedules
• Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and technical assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to approved project plans
• Coordinate contractors, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and real-time solutions on-site
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material usage
• Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Professional certification or COREN registration is an added advantage
• Proficiency in engineering design and CAD software
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and quality control processes
• Ability to troubleshoot engineering challenges and provide technical guidance
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
