Job Responsibilities
- Develop and review civil and structural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare project plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation schedules
- Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and technical assessments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to approved project plans
- Coordinate contractors, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and real-time solutions on-site
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material usage
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Professional certification or COREN registration is an added advantage
- Proficiency in engineering design and CAD software
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and quality control processes
- Ability to troubleshoot engineering challenges and provide technical guidance
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
