SalesPlat Technologies is hiring a qualified Civil Engineer to join its construction team in Lagos. Job Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and oversee construction projects involving modular and container-based structures
  • Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and engineering integrity
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to optimize construction outcomes
  • Supervise construction sites to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to approved plans
  • Evaluate and select appropriate construction materials and construction methods
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian building regulations, environmental standards, and industry requirements
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and overall site performance
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site and construction teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably within modular or container-based construction
  • Proficiency in structural and design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Revit, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of load calculations, foundation design, and construction materials
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and safety standards
  • Experience in project management and site supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Professional certification or COREN registration is an added advantage
