Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

Job Description:
A reputable construction firm in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a skilled Civil/Structural Supervising Engineer to oversee and manage ongoing building projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising structural works and coordinating site activities, ensuring all construction is carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues.
- Prepare regular reports and documentation on project milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
