Job Description
A reputable financial institution in Lagos is seeking a Client Experience Officer to act as the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, service requests, and complaints across multiple banking touchpoints while ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This role requires a solutions-oriented individual with a strong commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and service-related requests.
- Resolve client issues using CRM tools and escalate cases when necessary to appropriate departments.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Log service data accurately to support analytics and identify recurring issues for process improvement.
Requirements
- A First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of client-facing experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or a customer contact center.
- Proficiency in handling service tickets, emails, or inbound calls with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.
