Job Description
Location: Sangotedo/Ajah Axis, Lagos
Salary: ₦120,000 Monthly
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service
A growing business in Lagos is seeking a Client Relationship Intern to support day-to-day interactions with clients and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for building positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and feedback.
- Follow up on client concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client support.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a customer service personnel in any industry.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must reside in the Sangotedo or Ajah axis of Lagos.
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations proactively.
