Job Overview

A proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer is needed to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry or client management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
  • Address client inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports on customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
