Job Description
Safety Consultants Solutions Provider (SCSP) is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Service & Information Manager to oversee client communication, document control, data capture, and information flow across multiple projects. This role combines client service excellence with project support and information management to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient collaboration across teams, including remote work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related enquiries, updates, and information requests.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely, professional, and proactive communication.
- Coordinate project updates, reports, and milestones with clients, project managers, and internal teams.
- Manage and control project documentation, including contracts, technical reports, and client correspondence.
- Ensure document control procedures comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Capture, validate, and organize client and project data using CRM and digital tools.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and performance summaries for internal and client review.
- Support project managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and status reporting.
- Identify data gaps, risks, or process inefficiencies and escalate appropriately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Document/Information Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in client service management, document control, or project coordination.
- Proven experience using CRM systems, digital document management platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while meeting deadlines.

Travel Requirement
