Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 monthly

Etu Odi Communications, a leading creative agency, is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee project planning and execution, coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Develop client proposals, presentations, and strategic plans to enhance brand engagement.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client service, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment is an added advantage.
