Job Title: Cluster Manager
Location: Ekiti
Key Responsibilities
Cluster Management

Map out and identify potential Distributors and Wholesalers within the assigned cluster to ensure product availability aligns with local retail needs.

Present and promote RedCloud’s value proposition to prospective partners.

Lead negotiations, finalize commercial agreements, and manage invoicing processes.

Achieve monthly targets across TTV, retailer acquisition, revenue, and active users—including direct facilitation of bulk transactions via TradeX.

Develop and implement effective growth strategies to increase platform adoption and sustain trading activity across partner accounts.
Customer Success & Retention (Distributors & Wholesalers)

Serve as the primary point of success and support for all cluster partners.

Create and implement a structured monthly visitation plan for every Distributor/Wholesaler.

Ensure partners maintain accurate catalogues, product pricing, stock levels, and assortments on the platform.

Anticipate operational issues such as stock-outs, pricing inconsistencies, logistics constraints, and platform usage gaps, and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
Distributor/Wholesaler Relationship Management & Governance

Drive engagement with partners around performance metrics, category trends, digital adoption, and operational concerns.

Log all field activities in RedTAG while maintaining updated itineraries alongside management.

Validate trade authenticity, incentive application, and payment compliance.

Conduct at least 30 retailer visits monthly to monitor Red101 app usage and verify physical transactions.

Collect field insights, gather purchase documents, and upload findings into RedTAG.

Champion customer feedback across Product, Operations, and Growth teams.
Retailer Network Growth

Lead and oversee a team of RedForce Field Activation Officers managing 1,500–2,000 retailers.

Provide daily coaching, performance monitoring, and operational support to ensure productivity.

Drive recruitment and activation of new retailers within the cluster.

Collaborate with Marketing on local promotions, onboarding drives, and market-mapping initiatives.

Conduct at least 20 retailer visits monthly to track app usage and verify transactions.

Capture feedback, record receipts, and document insights into RedTAG.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

5–10 years of experience in retail operations, ideally within FMCG or B2B marketplace environments.

Strong grasp of customer experience, account management, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, business writing, and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; intermediate-level Excel proficiency is essential.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing tasks and projects.
-
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is highly advantageous.
