We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated CNG Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations in Mowe, Ogun. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance and repair of CNG systems, manage a skilled technical team, and ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNG systems and kits, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and team supervision, to optimize efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and lead a diverse technical team to maintain high performance and skill levels.
• Develop and enforce safety and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and evaluate workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in CNG systems, vehicle maintenance, and workshop management.
• Extensive knowledge of CNG trucks, kits, and related repair processes.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to supervise and develop a technical team.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate workshop activities.
