Job Description

Rosabon Financial Services is hiring a Commercial Pricing Manager to support its pricing initiatives and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on analyzing market trends, setting competitive pricing models, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a strong analytical background, solid industry experience, and a strategic mindset to manage dynamic pricing environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer demand, industry movements, and competitor pricing.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor performance data and pricing outcomes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and R&D teams to implement pricing models that support growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s or MBA is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles, preferably within financial services.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPP or CPSA are beneficial.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
