mDoc Healthcare Limited is a fast-growing health technology company dedicated to improving the quality of life and healthcare for individuals and organizations. We are looking for a passionate and talented Communications Associate to join our team and help us build impactful communication strategies that enhance our mission and reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to support organizational goals and outreach initiatives.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns that promote health education and awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and update content on the company’s website and CRM platforms.
- Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and other materials to strengthen public relations efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in health and healthcare communication.
- Proficiency in web/CRM software, social media platforms, and management tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
