Job Description

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices, part of the global Marie Stopes International partnership operating in over 37 countries, delivers quality reproductive healthcare and allied services. The organization is seeking a Communications Officer to strengthen brand visibility, enhance digital presence, and support corporate communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies, campaigns, and branding materials across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Create, edit, and disseminate high-quality content such as newsletters, reports, blogs, and social media posts to engage diverse audiences.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and the MSI Nigeria website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers to produce creative assets that drive demand generation and support strategic goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report communication and digital campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ post-NYSC experience in strategic communications, digital marketing, or development communication.
  • Proven record of driving audience/client growth through communications and digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, SEO, email marketing, Google Analytics, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience in international development, public relations, or sexual and reproductive health is an advantage.
