A retail and digital-focused organization is seeking a Community and Growth Manager to support community engagement, sales conversion, and brand expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will manage digital communities, coordinate trainings, and drive revenue growth through strategic campaigns and effective customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, engage, and grow online communities across social media and email platforms.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual and onsite workshops, trainings, and events.
  • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools and other digital platforms.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide detailed support, and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Moderate online sessions, webinars, and live events to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Create professional Canva presentations, flyers, and marketing materials.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns and paid ads for improved results.
  • Write newsletters, research industry topics, and manage a comprehensive content database.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in community management, marketing, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Strong interest in sales, target achievement, and revenue-driven engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and comfort using digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in writing, presenting, and engaging with diverse audiences.
