We are looking for a driven Community Growth Specialist to help expand and engage our user base. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, communicative, and skilled in fostering community connections. Experience in sales, marketing, or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the community.
- Identify and recruit potential partners, affiliates, and community members.
- Track and analyze community growth metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Communicate with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the team to create campaigns that promote user engagement.
Requirements
- HND, NCE, or OND qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and able to meet growth objectives.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and user acquisition strategies is a bonus.
