Job Description
Co-creation Hub (CcHUB) is hiring a Community Manager to lead community engagement across five states, supporting marginalized youth and young women in a dynamic learning program. The role is based in Lagos and involves fostering inclusion, collaboration, and access to opportunities for program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the program’s community management plan to build a vibrant, inclusive community across target states
- Support and coordinate with Learning Community Coordinators to deliver learning activities and tools to participants
- Serve as a key contact for participants, providing guidance and connecting them to resources
- Develop and distribute community content including newsletters and social updates to encourage participation
- Monitor engagement, analyze feedback, and report on community activity and outcomes
- Promote inclusivity by identifying and removing participation barriers for marginalized groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Community Development, or a related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in community engagement, youth mobilization, or grassroots programs
- Proven experience working with marginalized groups, especially youth and women
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with online and offline community platforms and tools
