A remote opportunity is open for a motivated and digitally savvy Community Manager to help grow, engage, and support an online audience. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about building relationships, managing online communities, and contributing to a brand’s social presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, engage with, and grow the online community across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and schedule engaging content using social media management tools.
  • Analyze community performance and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Support campaign launches and assist with content coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in community management or social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement techniques.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
