Featuring data on over 5,000 public and private schools across all 36 states, the platform provides parents with the tools to compare and choose the right educational options for their children.

About the Role
A proactive and engaging Community Manager is needed to strengthen and grow the online and offline communities around Best Nigerian Schools. The successful candidate will serve as the connection between the brand and its audience, ensuring meaningful interactions and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to build growth, loyalty, and active participation.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to conversations across social media platforms, forums, and other community channels.
  • Create and share engaging content that reflects community needs and interests.
  • Collect feedback, analyze sentiment, and provide actionable insights to improve services and communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community goals with brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record as a Community Manager or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and community management software.
  • Creative mindset with strong content writing ability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing communities on Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
  • Background in customer support, PR, or social media management.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Passion for fostering meaningful connections and supporting vibrant communities.
