Job Description:
A reputable real estate company located in Ajah is seeking an experienced Company Secretary with a strong background in real estate and business development. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience and a proven track record within the real estate or finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain statutory books and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Organize and prepare board meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisers, including auditors and legal counsel.
- Support the company’s business development activities through documentation and compliance assistance.
- Provide strategic support to executive management on corporate governance and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Company Secretary, specifically within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in business development within real estate or finance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, governance practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
