We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Company Secretary / Human Resources Manager to oversee administrative, legal, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements, including filing annual returns, managing board meetings, and maintaining company records.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal standards and organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or HR-related fields.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in corporate governance and human resource management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
