Location: Agbara, Ogun State
Job Type: Fully Onsite

A skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist is needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits strategies that align with company objectives.
  2. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure salary structures and benefits packages remain competitive.
  3. Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and other incentives.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  5. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage payroll processes and budget allocation for employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR management tools and payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
