About the Role
A detail-oriented Compliance Manager is needed to oversee regulatory and compliance processes within our factory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to legal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, particularly within the QSR/FMCG sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to implement compliance strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the food industry and ensure necessary adjustments to compliance strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational processes align with legal and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- First degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Membership of ICAN, CIS, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or other relevant professional bodies is required.
- Certifications in compliance are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR/FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of legislations, compliance processes, risk management, and legal standards in the food industry.
