Seflam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for large-scale construction projects within the EPCI industry. As part of our team, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
  • Lead and supervise field operations, ensuring that work complies with safety and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and subcontractors, to meet project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the EPCI industry.
  • Field experience on IOUs projects in the EPCI sector is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other design software.
  • Experience in managing large-scale EPCI construction projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
