Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦101,000 monthly net (first 6 months), increases to ₦170,000 after 6 months

A Hausa and English-speaking Contact Center Agents is needed to join a fast-paced customer service team in Victoria Island, Lagos. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer support, fluent in either Hausa or English, and meet the age and educational criteria, this is a great opportunity to build your career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate effectively in either Hausa or English, depending on the assigned role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc (Second Class Lower – 2:2) in any discipline.
- Age Limit: 28 years and below for Hausa-speaking candidates; 26 years and below for English-speaking candidates.
- NYSC Certificate is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₦101,000 monthly net for the first 6 months.
- ₦170,000 monthly net after 6 months.
