Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦120,000 Net, HMO, Pension
Job Description:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
– Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions using the CRM system.
– Follow up on customer requests and ensure excellent service delivery.
– Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
– Provide support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
– HND or BSc in any discipline.
– Not more than 26 years of age.
– Minimum of 1 year experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
