Salary: ₦120,000

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Contact Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers, addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Resolve issues efficiently by providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking issues.
  • Foster positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a BSc Lower Credit or HND Upper Credit in any discipline.
  • Applicants should be 26 years or younger.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles, preferably within a financial institution, microfinance, or point of sale.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
  • A resilient, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
