Job Description

A fast-growing real estate company in Lekki is looking to hire a skilled Content Creator & Digital Marketer to manage digital platforms, develop creative content, and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This position requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on digital marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies across social media, website, and digital channels.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and newsletters to promote real estate services and listings.
  • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role (experience in real estate marketing is an advantage).
  • Strong skills in content writing, graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw), and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
