Job Description
Seflam SGL is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage contract processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in contract law and negotiation, particularly within the EPCI industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review contract proposals aligned with project and organizational goals
- Evaluate contract estimates and ensure accuracy of materials and cost projections
- Review, draft, and revise contracts to comply with applicable laws and internal policies
- Liaise with legal, procurement, and HR teams to ensure consistent contract processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, including digital and physical files
- Negotiate and approve contract terms while keeping projects within budget
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a contract administration role within the EPCI industry
- Strong understanding of contract law, accounting principles, and financial procedures
- Excellent negotiation, mediation, and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents
