Job Description

A fast-growing health-tech company is hiring a Corporate Health Sales Executive to establish and scale its corporate health channel in Lagos. The role requires building strong partnerships with corporates, clubs, and community organizations while driving immediate sales and laying the groundwork for long-term growth in preventive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new corporate accounts by pitching and closing deals for health devices and wellness activations.
  • Organize and manage corporate or club health screenings, ensuring measurable referrals to pharmacy partners.
  • Research and propose bundling opportunities with HMOs, gyms, or wellness clinics.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver seamless onboarding and activation experiences.
  • Track sales pipeline, event ROI, and referrals using CRM tools, reporting weekly on progress and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally within HMOs, diagnostics, insurance, or wellness.
  • Strong corporate network in Lagos, particularly among HR and Admin decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in organizing or selling wellness events, screenings, or activations.
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders credibly.
