Job Description:
SayWheels Auto is looking for a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in corporate and commercial law, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, advising on various legal matters related to the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the company in legal disputes and proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
Requirements:
- Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
