A leading industrial products manufacturer is seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to drive growth in Nigeria’s water infrastructure and industrial products sector. The role focuses on securing high-value projects, managing tenders, and building a strong distributor and dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Nigeria-specific sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identify, track, and secure tenders and projects in water, wastewater, and industrial infrastructure.
- Build and manage strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Expand and oversee distributor/dealer networks across Nigeria for maximum market reach.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with local procurement regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales of ductile iron pipes, fittings, water infrastructure, or industrial products within Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian procurement processes and government contracting.
- Proven success in developing distributor and dealer networks.
