Elizabeth Maddeux Consulting is seeking a talented Creative Director to lead our creative team in delivering innovative and visually impactful designs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong artistic vision, leadership skills, and expertise in design software to drive brand storytelling and marketing success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
  • Supervise the design process from concept to execution, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior creative or design role.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing creative direction and visually impactful work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
