Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and creative concepts.
- Inspire innovative solutions and push creative boundaries within the healthcare marketing landscape.
- Manage team performance, growth, and collaboration while fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment.
- Present and articulate creative strategies and concepts to clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform creative direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience across digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing; drug launch experience is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states, product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions, and competitive markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a portfolio showcasing strategic and creative work.
