Salary: USD 300 – 600/month
Location: Remote (Nigeria-based)
Duration: 1–2 Month Probation → Full-Time
Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday

9JaPicks, a digital media brand focused on engaging content across platforms, is seeking a Creative Facilitator & Content Ideation Lead. This role is ideal for someone with a strong online presence, digital creativity, and cultural fluency, particularly in the Nigerian and Web3 space. The selected candidate will contribute to fast-paced ideation, community-building, and trend-driven content execution.

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate culturally relevant and trend-based content ideas for platforms like TikTok, Twitter/X, and Instagram
– Collaborate with internal teams to engage audiences through sports, humor, culture, or Web3-related content
– Facilitate creative discussions, capture diverse input, and translate feedback into strong content strategies
– Manage a consistent posting schedule and contribute to digital community engagement
– Use strong social media presence to test and amplify content ideas

Requirements:
– Must be based in Nigeria and fluent in English (Pidgin or cultural fluency is a strong advantage)
– Proven experience in content creation, digital campaigns, or community engagement roles
– High and active social media follower base, particularly on Twitter/X and TikTok
– Excellent knowledge of internet trends, memes, and digital communication styles
– Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset
