Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide information on company services and ensure clients are well-informed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • HND, BA, or BSc in Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of proven professional experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
