- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using our CRM system.
- Provide information on company services and ensure clients are well-informed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- HND, BA, or BSc in Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of proven professional experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
