Reliable Steel & Plastic Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join it’s team in Onitsha. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, especially in Hausa, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy resolving customer inquiries, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Hausa.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience when handling difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
