Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the designated time limits.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support and overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is an added advantage.
