About the Role

Brint Online School is seeking a Customer Experience and Growth Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction, drive student enrollment, and support overall business growth. This role involves engaging with students and parents, optimizing the customer experience, and implementing strategies to increase brand reach. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Monitor feedback and provide insights to improve services and student satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to drive enrollment growth.
  • Assist with quality assurance to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or quality assurance (experience in education or e-learning is a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies is an advantage.
