Job Description
A reputable company in Lagos is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to oversee daily operations at its experience center. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a smooth, professional in-store experience while supporting sales and inventory management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, track, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records.
- Conduct routine stock counts and promptly report shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit daily stock and issuance reports.
- Coordinate basic product checks, repairs, and spare parts management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Welcome walk-in customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
- Support lead generation activities and contribute to converting prospects into sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
