Job Description

A growing organization in the design and lifestyle space is seeking a Customer Experience & Operations Officer to manage client interactions and support daily operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can deliver excellent client service while ensuring smooth coordination across teams and projects.

Location: Eti Osa, Lagos
Salary: N250,000 monthly
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
  • Ensure all client communications are professional, prompt, and aligned with brand standards
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations, site visits, and project meetings
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients throughout project lifecycles
  • Support project teams by coordinating documentation, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist with preparing proposals, invoices, and project briefs
  • Maintain organized digital records of client communications and project files
  • Coordinate internal communication across design, procurement, and site teams
  • Assist with vendor communication and delivery scheduling
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using operational systems
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years experience in customer service, client relations, operations, or luxury service environments
  • Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
