A fast-growing company in the tech space is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Training Specialist to join its Customer Success team in Lagos. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping customers succeed, with strong communication and instructional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective onboarding sessions to new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into the platform.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including tutorials, guides, and FAQs.
- Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate users on best practices.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage patterns to proactively address learning gaps or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, training, or support roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and training platforms is a plus.
