Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and service-related inquiries

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND)
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
