Job Description:
A proactive and customer-focused Customer Representative is needed to join a fully remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and building long-lasting relationships. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating effectively, and providing top-notch customer service, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless support to customers.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is an added advantage.
